Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Being part of the Thriwe Operations Team.
    • Attending the Incoming calls/emails from the customers
    • Providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to
      ensure resolution
    • Making Outgoing calls
    • Managing end to end closure of customer queries/complaints.
    • Thoroughly understanding all open issues and driving them to closure
    • Keeping records of customer interactions
    • Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies
    • Meeting Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics
    • Highlighting important and major pointsfrom various queries/complaints to relevant
      stakeholders
    • Analyzing and creating daily, weekly and monthly reports
    • Circulating MIS, dashboards and other reports
    • Generating need based reports on demand by the team
