Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Review resumes and applications
  • Conduct recruitment interviews
  • Work with recruitment agencies to source candidates for specific job
  • Maintain HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical
  • Manage workplace safety issues
  • Communicate and explain the organization’s HR policies to the employees
  • Handle the exit formalities of the employees
  • Regularly update communication channels
  • Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the
    requirement of employees in consultation with the management
  • Prepare and process timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment, salary slip, leave
    encashment and full and final settlements
  • Record, maintain and monitor attendance to ensure employee punctuality
  • Conduct employee orientation and facilitate newcomers’ joining formalities
  • Maintain and regularly update master database (personal file, personal database, etc.)
    for each employee
  • Resolve grievances or queries that any of the employees have, and escalate grievances
    to the appropriate level depending their nature
  • Prepare documents such as offer letters and confirmation letters
  • Conduct exit interviews for employees and record them accordingly
  • Review job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and update them in
    consultation with the respective managers
  • Engage with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people
    in the organization
  • Keep records of staff insurance and ensure their timely renewal
  • Coordinate with consultants and candidates for scheduling appointments with the
    management team for sourcing
  • Conduct first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.
