Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, brainstorm, design, lead, coordinate, facilitate & prioritize the end-to-end software development & launch of Thriwe products from planning phase to go live stage.
  •  Follow best practices of both waterfall & agile methodology to bring best value from software development of Thriwe Products.
  •  Maintain well documented BRDs, PRDs & FRDs of Thriwe software products.
  •  Translate the strategies laid down by Product manager into actionable & deliverable tasks.
  •  Prepare wireframes & design mockups for software products. Lead designing of Thriwe products with daily collaboration with Designing Team.
  •  Prepare well written documentation & use cases for software products.
  •  Maintain backlogs of software products on JIRA / Other tools.
  •  Research the product’s business segment & introduce new verticals by doing competitive analysis,market research, trend analysis & data study.
  •  Break big development tasks into smaller chunks, user stories & tasks.
  •  Plan sprints with cross-functional teams & stakeholders & set go live tasks.
  •  Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features,user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
  •  Identify & eliminate bottlenecks in product development.
  •  Study consumer behavior & represent the consumer’s goals, mindset, plans to the business & development team. Eliminate all issues / problems faced by end consumer base.
  •  Interact with consumer base to deeply understand the makers & breakers of the business & needs.
  •  Take lead for innovation & gamification in products.
  •  Introduce new products & verticals in Thriwe catalogue to enhance company competitive capability. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to push for launching new products.
  •  Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs refines priorities,outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
  •  Becoming a bridge between business team, design team, development team & consumer base to deliver what’s best for business & consumer both.

Skills Required:

  • Ability to drive end-to-end product development with modern practices.
  •  Ability to prioritize on features & go live updates with value oriented decisions.
  •  Wireframing & mockup skills & be able to demonstrate.
  •  Writing acceptance tests & use cases.
  •  Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen is a must.
  •  Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  •  High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability.
  •  Excellent attention to detail & quality is a must.
  •  Learning curve for new technologies, tools, trends, products & industries is a must.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in software product development is must.
  •  Bachelor’s degree or education in relevant field is necessary. Master’s degree is an added advantage.
  •  Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
  •  Proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first mindset.
  •  In-depth understanding of industry market conditions and trends.
  •  Successful track record of developing products within deadlines.
  •  Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
  •  Familiarity with agile is a plus.
  •  Experience in Loyalty programs/Fin-tech/Banking/ is an added advantage.
