Responsibilities Include
• Candidate will be part of the Thriwe Operations Team.
• Candidate will be responsible to attend the Incoming calls/emails from the customers.
Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure
• Candidate will be responsible for making Outgoing calls.
• Responsible for end to end closure of customer queries/complaints. Thorough
understanding for all open issues and drive them to closure.
• Keep records of customer interactions, Follow communication procedures, guidelines and
• Meet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics.
• Highlight important and major points from various queries/complaints to relevant
• Analyse and create daily, weekly and monthly reports. Circulate MIS, Dashboards and other
• Generate need based reports on demand by the team

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Should have good knowledge of Microsoft office (Mainly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
• Should be prepared to work extended hours to meet peak demands.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Ability in problem-solving.
• Should be positive in attitude.
