End to end responsibility for leading the UI/UX research & innovation for Thriwe existing & future products.
Responsible for leading the design team along with Design Lead / AVP Design & managing design team members on a daily basis on areas like work / responsibility assigning, reporting & deliveries.
Work along with junior designers on multiple projects by providing training & support + overseeing the development & delivery of user interfaces & groom the junior team members on becoming the future leaders.
Manage design libraries and design system with adherence to product branding requirements.
Design Web & Mobile UI / UX from scratch considering the end user requirements,product theme, consumer base, pain points, market trends & industry type & gaps.
Be Detail oriented & Critical thinker when it comes to complete design strategy.
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers,business teams, customer base and engineers & other stakeholders and dive deep to understand the user empathy & behavior.
Illustrate design ideas / presentation using business analysis, site audits, flowcharts,storyboards, mood-boards, process flows, wireframes & prototypes.
Deliver sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, lo-fi & hi-fi layouts, prototypes, diverse graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets, banners, short clips / videos, animations & graphics relevant to web / mobile design.
Create original graphic designs as when required.
Prepare and present rough / initial drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
Self-identify and troubleshoot UX problems and take lead in design innovation in Thriwe Products.
Taking self-initiative on new design libraries, methodologies, trends, tools & design fashion.
Regularly study the reports & data analytics to learn on consumer behavior on Thriwe Products & shape new design strategies to increase consumer conversion.
Skills Required:
Ability to innovate & develop out-of-the-box solutions to complex user interactions problems.
Advanced Skills in Prototyping tools & Presentation along with experience of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and Dreamweaver and with other software as well – Balsamiq, Sketch, Figma, InVision, Proto.io, Axure, Maya, Web flow etc.
Exceptional UI / UX writing & designing skills with expert knowledge in responsive design & mobile UI and excellent Creative & Banners designing.
Good Prioritization & time management skills.
Team management experience.
Requirements & Qualifications:
6-9 years of experience on UI-UX Designer or Senior designer profiles or similar role.
Portfolio with diversified projects & genuine work is a maker or breaker.
Candidate with experience in sectors like loyalty programs, finance, and banking is an added advantage.
Experience / knowledge in Coding, HTML5 & CSS3 is an added advantage.
Master’s degree in relevant field.
Excellent interpersonal, team building, communication & inter-personal skills.
