Brief

The Commercial Bank of Dubai wanted a unique platform for all their World Credit Card holders, enabling them to digitally book their tee times and get round confirmations on their registered email addresses.

Strategy

Thriwe, with its decade-old relationship with golf, curated a Golf program for CBD World Credit card holders. The program offered CBD customers complimentary unlimited golf rounds at select golf clubs in Dubai. The complimentary golf benefit could be availed by a customer who met the criteria of a minimum monthly spend of 7500 AED on a CBD world credit card.

Result

The number of customer retention and delight increased by 43% for CBD under this program. After the success of their world credit card campaign, CBD looked upon us as their strategic customer engagement consultants and introduced their problem statement for CBD Titanium Credit card and CBD one card holders.
